2009 JBA Professionalism Symposium
(Cosponsored by the Fourth Judicial Circuit and the Jacksonville Bar Association)
Dear Ms. Figgins:
Thank you for your information. The answer to your question is simple:
If you really care about the practice of law in our community and making it better, you do not invite objectively partial and corrupt Federal Judge SUSAN H. BLACK.
On or around August 5, 2009, crooked Defendant-Appellee SUSAN H. BLACK fixed four cases. BLACK “DISMISSED as FRIVOLOUS” said cases for the improper purpose of extending Lee County fraud and extortion-scheme “O.R. 569/875”.
For BLACK’S crimes see, e.g.:

Said fixed cases have now been re-opened.
SUSAN H. BLACK now seeks to cover up said judicial corruption and obstruct the enforcement of her own 04/21/2009 Judgment. See PRESCOTT, No. 08-14846, 2009 U.S. App. LEXIS 8678, 2009 WL 1059631.
Your question: “How to improve the practice of law in our community?”
IMPEACH and PROSECUTE objectively crooked Judge SUSAN H. BLACK.
Here, BLACK concealed “LEE COUNTY” scam “O.R. 569/875”. See www.leeclerk.org. When the Plaintiff-Appellant landowners blew the whistle on said judicial corruption and fraud, SUSAN H. BLACK “DISMISSED as FRIVOLOUS” even though BLACK herself had declared and adjudged the Appellants the owners of their lands and easements. See reopened Case # 09-13189-EE; http://09-13189-E.blogspot.com/
“An amazing group of experts will be present to talk about real-life issues impacting professionalism in our community, as well as possible solutions. The JBA is very honored that the Honorable Susan H. Black of the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals will be the featured keynote speaker at the 2009 Symposium.”
“The second, moderated by Shawn Arnold, will be a panel discussion on professionalism in the practice of criminal law, led by United States Attorneys A. Brian Albritton …”
